Our Winery
Your visit will be guided by us, the owners of the winery. Together we will taste our different wines directly from the barrel, while exchanging opinions and experiences. Our winery is small, located within an agricultural warehouse, and we used recycled adobe as a building material to act as natural insulation from the high summer temperatures. We produce our wines with the utmost care and every step is designed to bring out the very best in them.
The last part of the tour entails you making your own blend, which we will all taste blindly and see who achieves the best results.
